RegLayer provides regulatory research, monitoring, organization, and workflow tools. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing sources and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

Decision Briefs

An Instant Brief is preliminary, system-generated research based on the information submitted at checkout and sources available at the time of generation. It may include preliminary actions. An Expert Brief and Expert Report are separate, independently authored services.

Free access, purchases, delivery, guarantees, and upgrades

RegLayer offers one free human Instant Brief per verified email. Email verification is required before research begins. Future human Instant Briefs cost $3. Agent Instant Briefs cost $0.99 from the first request and do not include free access. Prices and scope limits are shown before checkout. Payment authorizes RegLayer to begin research immediately. Delivery timing is an estimate. Paid Instant Brief purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a paid Instant Brief does not meet your expectations, reply to the delivery email within 14 days for a full refund to the original payment method. The $3 paid for a human Instant Brief may be credited toward an Expert Brief or Expert Report purchased for the same underlying decision using the same customer email. Free briefs do not create a cash credit. If an Expert Brief or Expert Report does not meet your expectations, RegLayer will revise it at no additional cost. RegLayer may limit repeated or abusive free access, guarantee, or credit claims.

Alpha service

The service is under active development. Features, coverage, limits, and availability may change. Access may be suspended to protect the service, investigate misuse, or manage research capacity.

Accounts, company information, and documents

You must provide accurate information and may only submit company information and documents you are authorized to use for the requested research. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and briefing requests.

Sources and outputs

Regulatory instruments, dates, classifications, summaries, and generated answers may be incomplete or wrong. The official source controls. Proposed measures are not obligations merely because RegLayer tracks them.

Acceptable use

You may not use RegLayer to violate law, infringe another person's rights, probe or disrupt the service, bypass scope or usage limits, or submit malicious files. RegLayer may suspend a request or account when needed to protect customers, providers, or the service.
